Returning Your Goods
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day from the date of purchase in which you can exchange and 14-days from the date of purchase to return any unused item(s) provided that it is still in its original package which the tags still attached.
Call our store at 19600 and simply return your item(s) with your original receipt, and we will refund or exchange items which are in a re-salable condition at the price shown on your receipt or order confirmation email. If you do not have the original store or gift receipt, you can still exchange the item(s) if they are still in mint condition.
Terms & Conditions
- ⇒ You may exercise your right to exchange products within 60 days from the date of purchase
- ⇒ You can get a refund within 14 days from purchasing date using the original payment method.
- ⇒ Due to safety concerns, some products cannot be returned or exchanged. Those are:
- Breastfeeding & Breast-pumping products
- Hygiene-related products
- Nutrition items & milk
- Baby wipes
- Oils & lotions
- Potty training products
- Safety items out of packaging and car seats
- Personalized items
- Products with extended delivery time
- Items on sale
- Electronic items where the original seal is broken
- Items that are not in their original condition and packaging
- Damaged items due to misuse & showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under warranty period
- Items that have been assembled, used, altered or installed, unless defective
- Items that were originally sealed and, due to hygienic reasons, can no longer be used after they were unsealed.

Note for return:
⇒ For your own comfort, we offer you the option to exchange purchased items through delivery. Items can be collected within 48 hours after your initial request. The desired replacement(s) will be delivered within 3 working days after we receive and evaluate the product(s).
⇒ Credit card refunds usually take 7 to 10 working days to return back in your bank account according to EGP banking agreement protocol
⇒ We apologize in advance if any if your purchased items proved to be faulty. If a wrong/ incorrect item has been shipped out by us, items may be exchanged at no extra cost. Naturally, in this case, all shipping costs will be covered by us.
⇒ However, if a returned item is deemed not re-salable or does not meet the product return eligibility criteria, any outbound shipping costs incurred will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Shall the customer request the item shipped back, he/she would have to cover the inbound shipping costs.
